As a social media manger, making sure our Facebook, Instagram, and all other forms of media are up to date on events and details is a key role in my position. This is something that is new to me, and not necessarily a strong point of mine. Being creative in the software available, creating adverts that draw the eye but not over stimulate, and being timely are all areas which I hadn't had much experience. As I continue to build this page, I hope that this page will show my growth in these new areas. In order to make these adverts, I must be given information from those planning them, ask questions that need to be answered by my bosses, and research on each performer to create accurate and professional looking advertisements.
